Hi-Tech Testing Service was incorporated in November, 1996. The owner and other officers of the organization have over a century of combined experience in nondestructive testing servicing pipeline, manufacturing, process, pulp and paper, and petrochemical industries. All Services are dispatched from our corporate office in Longview, Texas.

Hi-Tech Testing Service, Inc. is a full service nondestructive testing organization with specialized data acquisition equipment and reporting capabilities. All technicians are certified in accordance with the American Society for Nondestructive Testing's Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A. A "state-of-the-art" Tank Crawler/Shell Scanner data acquisition unit is available for inspection of ferromagnetic tanks, vessels and paper machine dryer rolls. A Computer Enhanced data report is used for review and analysis of boiler thickness data. Near Drum examinations are performed with our OmniScan System. Radiographic Examination can be performed with either Iridium 192 or Cobalt 60 sources. X-Ray examinations can be performed with portable equipment or Internal Pipeline Crawler System

Hi-Tech Testing Service is presently performing nondestructive testing for a majority of the vessel and piping fabrication facilities in the Longview, Texas area. Several pipeline projects are in progress or have been completed. Inspections have been performed on major components at Pulp and Paper facilities through out the United States.
